We offer four options for ski trip planning, and they all vary in what is included.  We have our Backpacker Ski Week Charter trips, Backpacker Ski Week Essential vacations, Anytime, Anywhere, Any Budget option & Group Ski Packages.  

All trips include lodging and lift tickets with the option to add equipment rentals and lessons.  Only the charter trips include airfare and ground transportation.

 Unfortunately, we are unable to provide airfare individually.  All trips must include at least lodging before the ability to add charter airfare. Call us to discuss your options.

It depends! Dining, other winter activities and grocery delivery services are a few of the extras that are not included in your trip cost. We have recommendations for all of these and can give you expert advice in planning these details.

No!  Only our Charter option at Mardi Gras is set for a 7 night stay.  If you want to travel over a different set of dates during the week of Mardi Gras we can work with you on whichever dates, times and destinations work for you.  Learn more about our Mardi Gras Ski Packages here.

That is perfectly fine!  We can book a ski trip for you anytime and anywhere.  As long as the ski resorts are open and there is lodging available we can reserve the trip for you.    Learn more about our Anytime, Anywhere, Any Budget offerings here.

Yes! Once your deposit is paid and everyone in your group submits any and all application forms, you will be eligible for a discount of 15% off ski gear and apparel in our stores and online. You will also receive exclusive deals throughout the season.

In 2019 we began our frequent skier program 'Vertical Days'. 

Every skier will earn 1 Vertical Day for each individual lift ticket day purchased through Backpacker Tours. With as few as 10 Vertical Days you can start to earn exclusive gear. There are five levels of Vertical Days status and you'll receive more gear as you rise through the ranks of Silver, Gold, Platinum and Double Black status!
