Whether over email, on the phone or in person, tell one of our travel consultants your ski trip goals. We want to make sure that we have all the details to get your trip planned to your liking.   

After narrowing down dates, details and destinations, we create your customized itinerary. This will include lodging options, lift tickets, equipment rentals and other package add ons.   We specialize in custom winter vacations.

Details are finalized and deposit amounts given. Reservation policies differ for each property so the amount of the deposit will vary.  Payments can then be made in increments or as a one time payment when the balance is due.  We are happy to work with you on these payment options. 

We will send you a simple form in order to help us reserve what you will need during your vacation.  How many days would you like to ski, do you need equipment rentals and does anyone in your group need lessons? We will book any and all these components for you. 

Your packet is ready and you are set to go! Once the trip is paid in full we will have a packet of information for you 2-3 weeks before travel. This will include every detail of your trip, important contact information and  any lift tickets purchased.
